As Chief Executive Officer of EFutures (Pvt) Ltd, Prashan Nagendra has built one of Sri Lanka’s leading software product engineering and digital transformation firms. Since founding EFutures in 2003, he has guided its growth from a small development outfit into a global technology partner serving clients across Europe, Asia, and North America.

With over two decades of leadership in technology and business development, Prashan’s vision is rooted in empowering people and organizations to innovate with purpose. His focus on long-term partnerships, quality delivery, and human-centric growth has made EFutures a trusted name in the software industry.

Before founding EFutures, Prashan served as Head of Business Development at Singapore Telecom, managing technology partnerships and co-branding initiatives exceeding USD 50 million in value. Earlier, at KPMG, he worked on IT audits and ERP consulting for multinational enterprises — an experience that sharpened his understanding of both technology systems and enterprise operations.

Prashan holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology from the University of Nottingham and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing from Loyola Marymount University, USA. His global experience — spanning the UK, US, and Asia — continues to inform EFutures’ evolution as an innovation-driven, customer-focused organization.

Under his leadership, EFutures has expanded its portfolio into specialized verticals, including EFuturesCFO, which brings together financial expertise and technological innovation to support the next generation of strategic CFOs.

Hindol Datta is a results-driven finance leader whose 25-year career spans Cybersecurity, SaaS, Digital Marketing, Logistics, Gaming, and Manufacturing. A strategic and analytical thinker, he combines deep financial expertise with a systems-based approach to leadership—turning complexity into clarity and data into actionable insight. Known for his calm precision and ability to align financial strategy with business purpose, Hindol has built his reputation as both a builder and a mentor in the world of finance and operations.

As a CFO and VP of Finance in both public and private companies, Hindol has led fundraising efforts exceeding $120 million and managed M&A transactions totaling over $150 million. His leadership has consistently focused on strengthening financial systems, forecasting models, and operating frameworks to drive sustainable growth. At BeyondID, he worked with cross-functional teams to implement NetSuite and OpenAir, developed board-level KPI frameworks, and introduced advanced analytics for decision support. Earlier, as CFO at Lifestyle Solutions, he modernized the company’s logistics and last-mile delivery operations while guiding digital transformation. At Singularity University, he played a key role in securing Series B financing and building the financial infrastructure for international expansion.

Hindol’s educational background reflects his intellectual range and commitment to lifelong learning. He holds an MBA in Accounting, an MS in Applied Financial Economics, and is completing an MS in Analytics from Georgia Tech. He earned executive certifications from Stanford Graduate School of Business in Innovation, from Caltech in Engineering Management, from Cornell University in Leadership, and from Thunderbird School of Global Management in International Finance and Trade. He is also an active CPA, CMA, CIA, CPIM, and PMP, with additional certifications as an Okta Professional, Okta Administrator, and Scrum Master.

An educator as well as a practitioner, Hindol has served as an Adjunct Faculty member at California State University, East Bay, teaching Corporate Finance and Banking. His teaching philosophy mirrors his leadership style—grounded in clarity, logic, and an ability to connect financial principles to real-world decision-making.

Hindol believes finance is not merely about reporting numbers but about creating systems that help organizations see, decide, and act faster. His writing and advisory work explore how financial architecture, data science, and human judgment converge to build organizations that are both intelligent and enduring.
